We want to know people who are passionate about design as a means to solve problems and we’re interested to know what problems you’d be excited about solving. We love people who love to learn, so tell us what you want to learn more of and become better at. And by all means, show us what your best at now.

You should know, that the most important thing we ask of anyone who joins us is that you be prepared to serve - serve others, consider what is best for others, work hard to achieve goals on behalf of others, be willing to determine what is best as opposed to what is easy, and have the hard communication that preserves relationships that would otherwise be easier to let fail or fade away. This service mentality is at the core of the type of human-centered design that we practice.

We understand that in order for anyone to be other-centered in these ways that we’re asking… to put others first in their thinking and be willing to serve colleagues, collaborators, and clients, that someone else needs to be willing to do that for you. In order to give, you must be supported and sometimes restored. And we see that as our role.

The ways in which we care for clients are the very same ways we should care for you. What we expect for them should be no less than what we offer to you. And the experiences we create for them should be reflected in the experiences we create for you.
