What We Do

Planning & Design

This is our comprehensive and holistic approach to design.
By separating the planning and design (where costs and time frames are known) from the implementation (where costs and time frames vary greatly and depend on people and factors outside of our team) we are able to be clear about costs and deliverables, while being thoughtful and considerate about design.
The time it takes to move through this process depends on the scope and goals of the project, as well as how fast you want to move. But that is what we discuss first, so a more specific timeline will be known to you before we begin work.

Purchasing + Implementation

Implementation is executing on the design that was worked on approved in the Planning & Design phase. This phase covers purchasing and procurement, delivery and installation, site support, trade coordination, and construction administration. If it is required to bring your design to fruition, it is included here.
We apply a 35% fee on all purchases and labor that we manage on your behalf (excluding delivery and installation services).
We extend our trade pricing to you 100% of the time - you pay what we pay.
The idea is that the discounts we are able to secure for you cover a significant portion of your investment with us in this phase.
Duration/Timeline is determined based on the scope for our team and the goals of the project.
In addition to overall expectations, we set smaller, incremental expectations, so that you have the opportunity to update your scope and goals for our team as the project unfolds.

Note: The time frame to complete here is largely due to lengthly lead times of items to be procured.

Client Advocate

An hourly consulting fee so that we can make our expertise yours on as needed basis.
Expectations will be set for turnaround times based on what is needed and our current capacity.
